*CANCELLATION POLICY*

If you need to cancel your appointment please do it as soon as possible.

cancellations within 24hrs of the booking will be charged 50% of the total booking and cancellations within 4 hours of the booking will be charged a full fee.

cancellations made before 24 hours will receive a full refund of the booking or a credit on their account for a rescheduled appointment.

What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a lower body issue you may want to bring a pair of shorts or something you can move comfortably in for the assessment.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time of your appointment.
